Homemade Natural Laundry Soap

    Homemade Natural Laundry Soap

I can’t even walk through the laundry detergent aisle without getting a headache from all the chemicals disguised to smell like fields of flowers and rainy days. I did a little research and found some pretty horrible stuff in the laundry detergent I was buying at the grocery store.

I decided to just make my own and this is the recipe. I will never use anything else, it works that well for us! I also love how long it lasts- it takes such a small amount per load that I only need to make a batch every couple of months.

Add the following ingredients to a large glass jar with cover.

Shake well. Use 2 tablespoons per wash load.

    2 cups Borax

2 cups Arm + Hammer Washing Soda

1 bar pure goat’s milk soap or other pure soap (grated with cheese grater)

10 drops lavender or lemon essential oil. I only use Young Living’s oils and I’m a distributor. If you’d like to start a wholesale account under me, please click here

**I have no idea if this is safe for he washers**
